Our cottage is a renovated chapel donated by the Charlottetown Diocese for its current purpose. It was originally built in the ’50s as a house of worship in St. Ann’s, Prince Edward Island.

It was moved to the Cavendish Beach area and operated as St. Joseph’s for several summers. In 2004, we moved the building to 2827 New Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, Prince Edward Island, and renovations were completed, allowing the cottage to be made available in 2008.

Thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, the main level of our cottage offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer & dryer, and a washroom with a shower. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a single hospital bed, ensuring comfort for all. Adjacent to the main bedroom is a wheelchair-accessible washroom with a shower, providing convenience and ease of use. For added comfort, a lift and a mobile Hoyer lift are available.

The upper loft area has two double beds and a single.

Linens and towels are provided. Personal toiletries are required.
